Coming from top-ranked hospitals, birth centers, medical offices, and community clinics, they’re experienced in quickly identifying and escalating maternal and infant health concerns to help you and your baby get timely care.
Denise Levesque, She/Her
BSN, PHN, RN-BC MNN, SCRN, TNCC
Denise is a registered nurse with over 35 years of clinical expertise in Obstetrics, Emergency Medicine, and Stroke. A board-certified and recognized leader who brings her experiences from the fast-paced environments of a high-risk Labor & Delivery Unit, a Level 1 Trauma Center, and Comprehensive Stroke Center to provide comprehensive support to pregnant and postpartum persons here at Mahmee. Born in New York, she spent most of her professional career in California, where she also had the opportunity to become an accomplished singer. Canada is now where she, her husband, and daughter call home.
LaTasha Sandidge, She/Her
RN, BSN
LaTasha Sandidge is an obstetrics and gynecology nurse with over 20 years of experience. She has specialized knowledge in nearly every facet of labor and delivery and postpartum care, including triage, newborn nursery and antepartum treatment. LaTasha is passionate about patient advocacy and education as a means of fiercely combatting Black maternal and infant mortality in our country. When away from work, she takes pride in nurturing her loving partner and their beautiful children.
